The Wallaceburg Baldoon Paddle Event is being introduced in celebration of Wallaceburg's 150th Anniversary, recognizing the critical importance of the waterways.  From the first settlers arriving along the St Clair River, travelling down the waterways through the Snye and into the Sydenham, the path was critical in the determination of the location and start of the town of Wallaceburg.
